By accessing or purchasing from The Peptide Exchange, you (“Purchaser,” “User”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, forming a binding contract under Article 1 Section 10 Clause 1 of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Purchaser expressly acknowledges:
“I am purchasing these materials exclusively for lawful, controlled, in-vitro research.”

Purchaser Representations and Warranties

• ✔ Purchaser is at least 21 years of age.
• ✔ Purchaser is a qualified researcher or laboratory professional.
• ✔ Purchaser will NOT use products on humans or animals.

Assumption of All Risk

Purchaser acknowledges that research chemicals may be hazardous and effects may be unknown. Purchaser voluntarily assumes 100% of all risks, including: Handling, storage, research, and third-party exposure risks.

Liability Waiver & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purchaser WAIVES and RELEASES The Peptide Exchange from all liability. Purchaser agrees to DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, and HOLD HARMLESS the Company from any claims or regulatory penalties arising out of misuse or illegal application of products.

Full Warranty Disclaimer

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.” The Company disclaims all express and implied warranties, including Merchantability and Fitness for a Particular Purpose.

Material Breach Notice

Reselling for human use, marketing products as supplements, or providing dosing instructions constitutes a MATERIAL BREACH of this contract and will result in permanent service denial.
